The Supervisory Board consists of five members, including one chairman, who advise the core team, and in particular the core team leader on the upcoming annual plan, objectives and budget, which they test against the mission, vision, core values and culture of the foundation. In addition, they also audit the annual accounts and annual accounts of the past year, in which their opinion is included in the annual accounts that are published publicly, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

The core team is not required to adopt the advice of the Supervisory Board, but is obliged to substantiate in the annual report why the advice was not followed.

The four core team members of the foundation are the management of the foundation and each of them is responsible for the core area for which he or she is appointed. This means that the core team members translate the strategy of the core team leader into practical policies that the team leaders and their team can implement.

Within the core team, core team members are accountable for their core area, and are jointly responsible for the organization together with the core team leader.

Production Team leaders function as managers within the organization. They implement the policy made and adopted by their responsible core team member, ensure that tasks and deadlines are carried out, lead their team, appoint assistant production team leaders in consultation with the core team, and are the first point of contact for the Production Team members in their team.

There are seven Production Team Leaders, who oversee the following seven domains: Editing & Design, Marketing & Communication, Presentation, Recruiting, Editing & Research, Organization & Back Office and Technology

Production Team members are responsible for the execution of the tasks and objectives set within the team in which they work. They report responsibility to the Production Team Leader of the team/domain in which they work.

Production Team members of the Editing & Design Team are responsible for carrying out activities in areas such as video editing, audio editing, the design of promotional material, corporate identity material and the design of FEARLESS Magazine.

Production Team members are responsible for the execution of the tasks and objectives set within the team in which they work. They report responsibility to the Production Team Leader of the team/domain in which they work.

Production Team members of the Presentation Team are responsible for carrying out the work in the field of, among other things, the visible functions during video and audio productions and events. You can think of presenters, podcasters, musicians, actors/actresses and event hosts.

Production Team members are responsible for the execution of the tasks and objectives set within the team in which they work. They report responsibility to the Production Team Leader of the team/domain in which they work.

Production Team members of the Editorial & Content Team are responsible for carrying out activities in the field of, among other things, the practical and substantive preparation of video and audio productions, the practical and substantive preparation of events and the practical and substantive preparation of the editions of FEARLESS magazine.

Production Team members of the Team Omroep Fearless Generation are responsible for carrying out the work in the field of the local broadcasters that the Fearless Generation Foundation operates, and take care of the program planning, content ideas for the local broadcasters of the foundation.

Production Team members are responsible for the execution of the tasks and objectives set within the team in which they work. They report responsibility to the Production Team Leader of the team/domain in which they work.

Production Team members of the Team Organization are responsible for carrying out the work in the field of, among other things, the management and distribution of budgets/finances (in consultation with the core team leader), shaping personnel management when it comes to drawing up personnel contracts , internship agreements and volunteer contacts, the fees and salaries to staff and external contractors, applying for grants, funds and loans, and drawing up the annual accounts. Production Team members of this team are also responsible for organizing days off, holidays and typical HR activities. Legal matters and advice regarding the activities and back office of the foundation also fall under this team.

Production Team members of the Recruiting Team are responsible for carrying out the work of hiring and recruiting new team members. They conduct the introductory meetings with all aspiring team members and ensure that potential new team members are included in the right team. They test prospective team members for the presence of passion, loyalty and communication. After the probationary period, in consultation with the responsible Production Team Leader under whom the prospective team member falls, they will issue an advice about admission to the production team, about which the core team will make a decision on admission.

Production Team members of the Technique Team are responsible for carrying out the work in the field of, among other things, the technical execution of video and audio productions and events (such as video, audio, light and image technology), this team is also responsible for the technical operation of the website, the server (TV, radio and podcast) and the operation of the slack environment and the e-mail environment.
